Julie Napolitano

Director of Strategic Sales

As Director of Strategic Sales, Julie is responsible for the development and implementation of Shield’s sales strategy. As part of the company’s mission to help Shields’ hospital partners deliver the highest quality, specialty-pharmacy services and care to patients, Julie leads strategic planning, sales team training and oversight. Prior to assuming this position, Julie was the Director of Patient and Provider Satisfaction at Shields where she oversaw patient programs at partner hospitals and health systems.

Julie brings a 17-year history of success to Shields, having worked with MERCK, AstraMerck, AstraZeneca, and Genetech, where she held a range of roles of increasing responsibility in sales management, managed care contracting, marketing, training, and patient advocacy. Julie is a graduate from the University of Maine.
