Our Patient Support Advocates (PSAs) are the connection between our hospital partners’ patients and those goals. They play a crucial role in our care model, ensuring patients receive the quality of care they deserve and expect when partnering with us on their medical journey.

As Shields continues to grow around the country, opening more and more integrated specialty pharmacies inside of hospitals and health systems, our number of patients on service continues rise as well. In 2020, we more than doubled our patients on service to more than 35,000! And we will reach many more people in 2021.
As we said, our partners’ patients are our top priority, and we need more PSAs to help guide them through their journey. We are hiring for a number of PSA openings that can be found HERE.
