Director of Training

This role is linked to all of Shields Health Solutions strategic imperatives through the support and development of people and curriculum. This individual executes on the US business and also collaborates within the US structure to support company initiatives. The Director of Training/Education is responsible for developing an overall strategic plan to drive consistent commercial training in line with strategic imperatives for sales representatives, corporate employees, and clinical personnel.

The incumbent will be required to work closely with leaders from Sales, including the VP of Sales and First and Second Line Managers, from Corporate, including Operations, Finance, RCM, US Marketing and HR functions, from Clinical, including VP of Analytics, PSC, and First and Second line Managers. Incumbent will lead design, development and delivery of appropriate solutions, and then evaluate their effectiveness. This position will support capability development of all commercial employees, with a particular focus on the sales force.
