Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Lee is responsible for one of the fastest growing private companies in America. Lee is a distinguished leader in the healthcare industry including roles in healthcare-focused private equity and more than 25 years with the General Electric Company (“GE”). He is known as a strong growth leader with proven commercial and operational skills. Lee is a hands-on leader who leads with a servant leadership mindset who believes “culture does eat strategy for lunch”. He believes success starts with having a highly engaged and collaborative team maniacally focused on delivering for customers and that this combination creates growth for all stakeholders. Lee was most recently a healthcare operating partner at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. Prior to that time, he served as a long-time executive at GE, his last position as the President and CEO of GE Healthcare Systems, U.S. and Canada, until his retirement from GE. In this role, he oversaw GE Healthcare’s core businesses of Imaging, Ultrasound, Life Care Solutions, Enterprise Digital Solutions and Services and partnered with care providers, healthcare systems and government to improve healthcare quality, access and affordability. Lee received his Bachelor of Arts, Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. He is married with six children.
