Our clinical teams seamlessly coordinate drug therapy-related issues and concerns between the patient, prescriber, and pharmacist. Through these engagements, interventions, and coordinated care, patients can remain on appropriate therapy, resulting in improved patient outcomes and reduced healthcare costs.

CLINICAL PHARMACISTS
Our clinical pharmacist team is comprised of industry leading board certified medication experts with advanced clinical experience working as a member of interdisciplinary care teams with full EHR access. This allows pharmacists to drive value and quality through high-level patient engagement while providing ongoing comprehensive drug therapy education personalized to each patient’s care goals and optimizing adherence to achieve the full benefits of treatment. We seamlessly coordinate drug therapy-related issues and concerns between the patient, prescriber, and pharmacist. Through these engagements, interventions, and coordinated care, patients can remain on appropriate therapy, resulting in improved patient outcomes and reduced healthcare costs.

PHARMACY LIAISONS
The single point of contact for a specialty pharmacy patient, liaisons assess needs and provide support with every refill, coordinate drug delivery, address any new insurance and/or copay challenges, and monitor for adherence. When issues arise, they work across the care continuum with other clinical and pharmacy staff, including the clinical pharmacist, the prescriber and the clinic staff, to ensure that concerns are resolved quickly.

PATIENT SUPPORT CENTER
Known as the PSC, the Patient Support Center is a centralized resource focused on securing lower copays, getting patients on therapy faster and keeping patients on therapy throughout treatment. These Patient Support Advocates remove administrative burden from your clinical team and provide trusted support to patients regarding prior authorizations, test claims, financial aid and much more.
