Annie Maloney
CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
As Chief People Officer, Annie is the leader for all facets of Human Resources including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, organizational design, training and development, employee engagement, wellness, and compliance. Prior to joining Shields, Annie spent 28 years with Aramark, most recently as the Director of Human Resources for two divisions – Aramark Uniform Services and Aramark Refreshment Services, representing $1.6 billion in revenue and 15,000+ employees.
Annie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Fitness/Exercise Science from Springfield College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
