As Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, Cindy leads Shields’ legal and compliance efforts, including governance, legal risk management, policy, and ethics. It’s Cindy’s role to ensure that Shields is a leader in integrity in supporting our partners and their patients. Cindy brings more than 20 years of legal and compliance experience in healthcare technology with GE Healthcare and Philips Healthcare Systems, and 10 years of private litigation practice.
Cindy is a graduate of Cornell University and Columbia University Law School.
