Heidi Motz
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS
As Executive Vice President of Commercial Partnerships, Heidi oversees Shields’ business development and account management initiatives. She is responsible for developing commercial and business development strategies and maintaining outstanding relationships with our health system partners across the country.
Heidi joined Shields after spending 26 years at GE Healthcare, where she held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in operations, marketing, and sales. During this time, she was awarded the GE Healthcare 2019 Charlene Grabowski People Leader Award (awarded to only one leader across all of the United States and Canada) in recognition of her leadership, values, and overall winning spirit.
Heidi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with a minor in Economics/Business and an International Business Certificate from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA. She and her husband, Scott, reside in the greater Indianapolis, Indiana, area with their three children (Carly, age 18, and twins, Brody and Ellie, age 14).
