Jake Gaffey
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Jake works closely with the broader management team to identify and execute on both hospital-specific and corporate-level growth initiatives. A main focus of his role is identifying opportunities to expand the Company into new service lines, hospitals, disease states and therapies.
Before joining Shields, Jake was a member of the Business Planning & Market Development team at Mass General Brigham in Boston, MA where he focused on driving strategic initiatives for the health system and its member hospitals.
Jake holds a B.S. in Economics from Trinity College and an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
